Elyse made her way down the busy sidewalk. She pulled the scarf closer to her neck, quickly trying to get warm. It just was not coming. She knew she was only a few blocks from school she could make it. Elyse was never late before and she was not going to start now.
Elyse heard the constant whispers of Spirits all around her. They knew that she could see them and they try to take advantage of that. The Spirits always wanted help with loved ones, trying to keep in contact, to warn them in some way.

The very house she lived in before she died. The Reapers' knuckles were white as she gripped the bars of the motorcycle. It was against her Bosses rules to visit your past. But that is not what she was angry about, She was angry with herself for missing her soul.

She shifted in the seat uncomfortably. Rolly will be beyond angry with her. Missing her reap, visiting her past, not to mention almost scaring someone to death herself.
